Pre-Race Meeting / Package Pick-Up

Package pick-up for local athletes will be at the Squamish Source for Sports store.  Out-of-towners can pick up race packages on Sunday morning.  You must have your completed and signed medical form / waiver with you to pick up your race package.  You can download the waiver here.

Hours for race package pickup are:

• Friday May 11: 4 pm to 7 pm at Squamish Source for Sports
• Saturday May 12: 10 am to 3 pm Squamish Source for Sports
• Sunday May 13: 8:00 am - 8:45 am (out-of-town athletes ONLY)

There will be a mandatory pre-race meeting on Saturday May 12th, 2012 at 6:30 pm in the Brennan Park auditorium. At this meeting, you:

• get information about race day
• hear the rules and learn about any last minute changes or updates
• double-check the course maps so you know where you are going on Sunday
• check your swim heat
• familiarize yourself with the transition area (there will be someone there to explain the transition process for individuals and teams)

We will be giving away a GREAT draw prize at the pre-race meeting -- a pizza party for you and 9 friends at Boston Pizza in Squamish.  You must be there to win!!
